STOPOVER ASSISTANCE CONDITIONS

AGST

The company Aéroport du Golfe de St Tropez (“AGST”) provides ground handling services (within the meaning of European regulations), as defined and listed on this website(www.sainttropez.aeroport.fr), to users of the Saint-Tropez La Mole Airport (“the Airport”).

These ground handling services are deemed to be provided in accordance with the simplified procedure (Appendix B) of the Standard Ground Handling Agreement as published by the International Air Transport Association (the “SGHA 2013”).

By requesting and/or accepting ground handling services provided by AGST, users and customers acknowledge and confirm that:

  • they accept the SGHA 2013 as the contractual framework for their relationship with AGST, including the terms of the Main Agreement and Appendix A as if they were included in this brochure in their entirety.
  • they are familiar with and accept the quality practices and measures applied by AGST at the Airport and the types of services provided (AGST makes no commitment to apply the specific quality standards set out in article 5.12 of the SGHA 2013)
  • AGST may at any time freely subcontract all or part of the assistance services, but remains fully responsible for the performance of the agreement by its subcontractors,
  • AGST shall in no event be liable for any consequential damages suffered by users/customers;
  • Unless otherwise specifically agreed with AGST, ground handling services must be paid for immediately by the user, prior to the departure from the Airport of any Aircraft owned or managed by the user,
  • in the event of any conflict between the SGHA 2013 and the present stipulations, the present stipulations shall prevail.”
